Tiffany Novak

A born and raised Texan from Orange, Tiffany fell in love with Central Texas while attending college and made it her permanent home after graduating. She joined Adrianne's team as Executive Assistant in the summer of 2016 and has since earned her real estate sales license to be an even bigger asset to the team. 

Tiffany has a diverse background - graduating from Texas State with a Bachelor's in Biology and went on to work in the restaurant industry for 7 years. She worked as an area manager, overseeing 3 restaurants and directly managing over 80 employees - so managing 3 should be a cinch!

Tiffany's customer service philosophy has always been to ensure each individual knows his or her satisfaction is of utmost importance. This is achieved through prompt communication and really listening to a client's wants and needs. Tiffany is the team's right hand woman and shares their passion for helping others.
