The whole process couldn’t have been easier. Adrianne worked with me for months getting me in contact with the right people to help me get my credit score up to where we needed it. She was never too busy to take my calls and answer any questions I had along the way. When we knew things were getting close she got me in contact with a lender and had my pre approval letter the following day. We went over a list of homes that we’d been eyeing for a while and she set up tours 2 days after that. We ended up making an offer on the third house we looked at that day and the sellers accepted by 2pm the same day. From this point on it was really like I was on cruise control. Adrianne and her team did an amazing job keeping us informed with everything that was going on, helped us schedule all necessary inspections, made sure all was in place with our lender, it was unreal. It was literally house buying made easy, not once did I question what was going on or happening next because I was always do well informed. I couldn’t have missed a step if I’d tried to, Adrianne and her team were on top of everything for me. Now I write this review from the living room of our new home and truly couldn’t be happier for the experience we had!!!
