Spring
Red Poppy FestivalGeorgetown is one of the few locations in the United States where red poppies reseed themselves from year to year. Each April as the poppies bloom, Georgetown celebrates with this annual festival. This event is a time to enjoy family and friends, music, food, and fun!
Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt
In the spring, the Easter Bunny hops by for Round Rock's Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt at Old Settlers Park. Enjoy a family friendly movie in the park after the hunts!
Spring Pfling
Come learn about the programs offered by the city's Parks and Recreation Department. Tour the Recreation Center, see demonstrations of Zumba, gymnastics, archery, and other activities. Visit the animal petting zoo, the "truck" petting zoo and more!
Summer
Juneteenth Rhythm and Ribs FestivalJuneteenth is the oldest known celebration commemorating the emancipation of slavery in the state of Texas. This festival celebrates African American freedom while encouraging self-development and respect for all cultures. Enjoy two days of music, rides and barbecue!
Pflugerville Pfirecracker Pfestival
The city celebrates Independence Day with a day of PFUN at Lake Pflugerville. This event features a live music stage, a children’s area on the south shores of the lake, and plenty of food trucks. Come enjoy the show!
Deutschen Pfest
Pflugerville’s most popular pfestival, the Deutschen Pfest is held the third weekend in May every year! The festival schedule is always bursting with pfun beginning on Friday with the event’s opening, children’s games and activities, shopping booths, Saturday’s parade, live music, and thrilling rides at the carnival all weekend long!
Fall
Round Rock Chalk WalkChalk Walk and Festival is the Round Rock area’s largest festival for the arts and cultural events, drawing over 35,000 people annually! From start to finish, participating artists will create art with chalk in full view of the public, creating beautiful “murals.” That the paintings disappear at the end of the festival makes their beauty even more appealing.
Boo Bash
Come down to the Georgetown Square in costume, young & old and enjoy trick or treating as the merchants stay open late and enjoy the season of witches, goblins, & all those creative creatures out enjoying the evening!

Winter
Holiday Home TourDon't miss the Georgetown Heritage Society’s Annual Holiday Home Tour! Each year new historical homes are featured during this event which is sure to fill participants with the holiday spirit.
Christmas Family Night
During Christmas Family Night, the Old Settlers Association is decorated with small wooden houses which host various games and activities. The event kicks off with a welcome from the Round Rock mayor, followed by the illumination of holiday lights. This free event includes activities for the entire family including live music, dancers, candle making, game booths, Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus and more.
Pfestival of Lights and Christmas Parade
