Tiffany Novak | Operations Manager
A born and raised Texan from Orange, Tiffany fell in love with Central Texas while attending college and made it her permanent home after graduating. She joined Adrianne’s team as Executive Assistant in the summer of 2016 and has since earned her real estate sales license to be an even bigger asset to the team.. Tiffany has a diverse background, graduating from Texas State with a Bachelor’s in Biology and has worked in the fast food industry for the past 7 years. She worked as an area manager, overseeing 3 restaurants and directly managing over 80 employees – so managing one should be a cinch!
Tiffany’s customer service philosophy has always been to make sure each individual knows his or her satisfaction is of utmost importance. This is achieved through prompt communication and really listening to client’s wants and needs. She is Adrianne’s right hand woman and shares her passion for helping others.
